taylor moments

I am having a Taylor moment...when am I not! So I wanted to put up some things that she has been up to and what we have been doing. I know my second child is going to get neglected in the photo department and always have a picture with other siblings(that was me), and never any pictures alone. Maybe I will make a point to not let that happen.:)

Anyway let me share with you some moments we have been having around here. Taylor seems to be growing everyday. I can't believe what a little girl she is already. We have started her on solids and she loves them of course. She is starting to get chunky little thighs and a double chin to prove it. My parents said I was the same when I was her age. They always make fun of me for how chubby I was...chubby babies are cute, right?

Taylor is showing us everyday how big she is getting. She has now started to feed herself. She can only do it laying down, because she hasn't figured it out to lift the bottle up when sitting. It is fun to watch her be a "big girl" and gives us a little break from holding her all the time. Yes, I have given up breast feeding. I wanted to go for a full year, but just wasn't going to make it! Bottle feeding is SO much easier! Good thing we practiced with Taylor for 2 weeks. She was not a bottle girl early on.

Every other Sunday, we have dinner with my extended family at my grandma's. It is always something fun to look forward to. We had it up at my parents house this time and had a delicious pasta bar, good company, and good conversation. Taylor is always the hit at these get together's...every baby is...and all the cousins love her! Here she is with my cousins(so that makes them Taylor's 1st cousins, or cousins once removed...whatever!)

Monday, Taylor and I got to go out to my school again for one of my teacher friend's baby shower. It is always fun to go out and see everyone. I have some really great friends there and I miss seeing them everyday. Taylor was great. She loves to be out and about. Plus she gets a lot of attention so she loves it.

Taylor and I have been so busy running around, visiting friends, shopping, etc, because Eric has gone back to work. He has been working for almost 2 weeks. He is just getting the feel of the job, so not quite sure what to think, but it is nice to have him back working, although we (especially Tay-Tay) miss having him around. So whenever he gets home, they have some quality bonding time in the evenings!
