{no dad}
today eric left went to St. Louis for work
and left taylor and i all alone
i know i am home all day with her,
but when dad comes home at night,
it makes a world of difference
plus...
{no nap}
today the S* were getting the carpet replaced
and they worked right through taylor's nap time
so i had to stretch the day out as best i could
******
we went to the park and got lunch
took a drive and played around at the house
she did so well all day and only broke down
the last hour before bed...such a trooper
******
to fill the day...we at "cackers"
******
watched a "show"-sing along on demand
tried to lay down and relax
played with stickers and toys
sewed a little while taylor entertained herself
did some laundry...taylor likes to push the buttons
******
lost the clothes one by one..
{with the park and being too lazy to keep her clean,
she became so dirty and got everything on her clothes}
******
took a bath
******
{her poor legs are getting torn up with crawling,
especially when we go outside.
I put lotion on her legs after her bath
and she was so upset because it stinged,
poor girl needs to walk!}
******
then she decided to put on the lotion herself
{she watches me put lotion on every morning,
and when we have been wiping her nose too much
i put eucerin on her nose, so now she calls the lotion "nose"
and puts it on herself....all over!}
******
finally, it was an early bed time,
after we put our rooms back together
and topped off the night with her favorite book,
"teeth"(brushed her teeth), and "pair"(pray)
******
the girl was out in 20 minutes
******
equals...
my back is killing me,
i am tired,
i ate chocolate 2o minutes ago
and know i am going to pay for it tonight
and i am husband-less,
and daddy-less for 2 more days:(
...but i can't wait to do it all again tomorrow,
all, so I can spend time with my little girl...

Great post! And I too think that the hours when the "daddy" is home are oh so much easier and special! My lil' guys legs got pretty bad when we was crawling and the only thing that helped was I doused his legs with Aquphor 2-3 times a day. After about a day or two his legs were back to normal and then I only did it at night. Hope that helps!
I agree, it is a lot easier when Daddy comes home! Good Luch fir the next 2 days!
those legs make me hurt. invest in some knee pads
ouch..poor girl, I hear your pain, Bentley is leaving next week..I may have to come visit you for a break!
Oh gosh!! Those poor little chapped legs!!! Yes, she definately needs to walk soon! She will, she will!!!
