These two are amazing.
They are already changing so much, finally filling out and looking like "real" babies. They are now in open cribs, taking bottles, wearing clothes, maintaning their body temperature, and gaining weight. Mac is currently 3 lbs. 13 oz and Lily is 3 lbs. 14 oz. Lily has been back on oxygen for about a week. And Mac was only back on it for about a day. When they start to bottle feed, it is like a workout for them and they have to really work to eat. So Lily works extra hard and needs a little oxygen to help. Mac is a champ, the boy figured it out right away and has been doing great. Lily is doing well and it getting better at it.
Eric had his time to hold them together.
Last night, Eric and I were able to go together and give Lily and Mac their first baths. We literally bathed them in a tupperware container.They seemed to enjoy it. A little fuss on Lily's part. It was nice to get them clean. It was very needed.

I am so excited that they are in open cribs!! And they had a bath. I think Lilly is looking more and more like Taylor. So Cute!
So cute! I keep thinking that Lily looks like Taylor also. If you and Eric ever want to go to the hospital together just let us know and we'll watch the kids. Owen would love it. Or if you want to go during the day. Just let me know.
